• We collect information you provide directly including your name, professional credentials, city, software proficiency, clinical skills, availability, and work preferences.
• We collect account credentials including email address and encrypted password.
• We collect payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store credit card numbers directly.
• We collect usage data including shift history, ratings, messages, and invoices.
• We collect device information including browser type and IP address for security purposes.

• Your CPBC license number is stored privately and never displayed publicly.
• Your home address is never collected.
• Your personal phone number is stored privately and not shared with other users.
• Documents you upload for verification are stored in private, encrypted storage.

We use your information to:

• Operate the RxRelief marketplace.
• Match pharmacists with relevant shifts.
• Process payments and generate invoices.
• Send shift notifications and platform communications.
• Verify professional credentials.
• Improve the platform.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We share limited information with other users only as necessary — employers see your professional profile, skills, and availability but not your personal contact details until a shift is mutually accepted.
• We share information with Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.

RxRelief uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional emails including shift notifications, invoice confirmations, and platform updates. You can manage notification preferences in your profile settings.

RxRelief is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
